Returns and Exchanges


We want your purchase to work for you! You have 30 days to bring back unworn merchandise for a refund or exchange. Purchases must be refunded to the original form of payment. Sale items, masks, underwear, and holiday items are not returnable. Gift card sales are final.

Returns

Returns can be made either in-store or via mail. 

To make a return in-store, please be sure to bring the items, as well as a copy of your order confirmation, or have it easily accessible on your smart phone. We will ask to see the confirmation email to confirm price and method of payment.

To make a return by mail, please include your packing slip in the package with your item(s). Returns can be sent to the following address:

Once your items have been received, we will process the return within 2 business days. You will receive an email when your return has been processed and your refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items that do not work for you, size and color availability permitting. 

To exchange in-store, please be sure to bring the items, as well as a copy of your order confirmation, or have it easily accessible on your smart phone. We will ask to see the confirmation email to confirm price and method of payment. Any price discrepancies will be refunded to the original form of payment.

To exchange by mail, please reach out to us via email at sockshopweb@gmail.com. We will confirm the availability of the desired items, and place them aside for you until the returned items arrive. When the exchange has been processed, you will receive an email with refund details where applicable, as well as an updated tracking number for your new items.

Gift Cards

Orders purchased with a gift card will be refunded back to the gift card in the event of a return. Any additional balance will be refunded to the original form of payment.
