How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation and tracking number to the email or phone number that was entered when your order was placed. 

Haven't received a tracking number? Double check your order confirmation to ensure the contact information you entered is correct. If your contact information is incorrect, or you still cannot find your shipping notification, feel free to reach out to us at sockshopweb@gmail.com.

How quickly do orders ship?

We do our best to ship all orders within 3-5 business days following the receipt of the order. All orders will ship via USPS, and the typical shipping timeframe is 2-7 business days for Standard Shipping. Please note, all orders placed after 4pm will go out no sooner than the next business day.

Need to ship it fast? Select Priority Mail at checkout. Note: all orders $200 and over will ship free via Standard Shipping. If you would like to Priority Mail Shipping on an order that is qualified for free shipping, please select the appropriate option during checkout.

How can I change my shipping address?

You are unable to make edits to your shipping address once an order has been placed. If you do realize that the incorrect shipping address has been entered on your order, please reach out to us at sockshopweb@gmail.com as quickly as possible to notify us and provide the correct address. We work hard to package and ship your orders as quickly as we can, and therefore cannot guarantee that we will be able to edit the shipping address before the order has been shipped.
