Fit & Feel:
You should be able to fit a pinky finger between your heel and the heel counter to allow for foot flexion while walking on the non-flexible sole. Your heel should lift out of the back of the shoe when taking a step, but you should not be able to kick the shoe off easily. Your toes should not be touching the front of the shoe.
The insole is cushioned with prominent arch support. There is no flexibility in the outsole.
