Your foot should fill the footbed. Your heel should not be hanging off the back. Your toes should not be bumping against the front of the shoe.
Be aware of where your arch hits inside the footbed. This is the best indicator of how it should fit. Your arch should feel supported and should not hurt.
The footbed is made of cork, which allows your unique footprint to become imbedded over time.
The toe box is very ample and roomy. This style comes in a narrow width. We recommend going with your usual size.
