• XX-Small fits women's shoe size 5-6.5.
• X-Small fits women's shoe size 7-8.
• Small fits women's shoe size 8.5-9.5, and men's shoe size 7-8.
• Medium fits women's shoe size 10-11, and men's shoe size 8.5-9.5.
• Large fits women's shoe size 11.5-12.5, and men's shoe size 10-11.
• X-Large fits women's shoe size 13+, and men's shoe size 12-13.
